Hello and welcome to my food blog. I enjoy cooking and eating a variety dishes from different kind of ethnic backgrounds. When my husband and I met, he was overweight and used to eat a lot of processed foods. Ever since we were together, he adapted to my way of eating. Most of my meals are home made and made in a particular way. This has helped him lose weight. We see the value of preparing our own meals because we know what is in our food and control the amounts of spices and sweets we put in our food. We recognize that home cooked meals are healthier than eating out. That’s why I am excited to share my recipes with you and hope you will benefit from it just as much as we do.
