Hello and welcome to my recipe blog. I enjoy cooking and eating a variety of dishes from different kind of ethnic backgrounds.
For the past 10 years I have cooked my meals that included less sugars and white flours and more of whole grains, whole wheat, peas, beans, vegetables, alternative natural sweeteners, etc.
We see the value of preparing our own meals because we know what is in our food and control the amounts of spices and sweets we put in our food. We recognize that home cooked meals are healthier than eating out. I am excited to share my recipes with my experience of the past 10 years using better ingredients.
