Baked Potatoes Egg Cheese

Cheesy baked potatoes with eggs and cheese

Ingredients

  • 56 Red potatoes, peeled and sliced, ¼ inch thick
  • ¼ cup cooking oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 4 Sausages (cooked)
  • 5 eggs
  • ¼ TSP baking soda
  • ½ TSP garlic powder
  • ¼ TSP dried basil
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ½1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

How to make Baked Potatoes with Eggs and Cheese:

 

  1. Spread oil on the bottom of pan.
  2. Rub salt on peeled and sliced potatoes, cover and bake at 350 degrees in the oven for 25 – 35 minutes or until potatoes are ready.
  3. When potatoes are ready, remove from the oven and put sliced sausages on top.
  4. Whisk eggs, baking soda for about 1 min.
  5. Then whisk in garlic powder, and dried basil for about 1 minute, then whisk in milk.
  6. Pour evenly on top and bake uncovered till eggs are fully cooked, about 7 – 10 minutes.
  7. Then sprinkle cheese on top and broil for about 1 – 2 minutes until cheese turns golden. Enjoy!
