Breakfast Shredded Potatoes

Easy baked yummy hash browns


  • 5 cups shredded potatoes
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 TBSP cooking oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • ¼ TSP garlic powder


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine shredded potatoes, eggs, salt, pepper and garlic powder in a bowl. In a baking sheet spread cooking oil to prevent sticking. Mix the potatoes with the ingredients very well, then add it evenly on a baking sheet. 
  2. Bake at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes until cooked through and crispy on top. Enjoy with toppings like sautéed onions and mushrooms, cheese and egg on top.


Prep/Cook/bake time may change when changing portions of ingredients.
