Cauliflower Cucumber Radish Salad Recipe

I love cauliflouwer and I decided to make up a salad that is with cauliflower. I love the crunchy  Cauliflower Cucumber Radish Salad and the dressing is just amazing.

Description: Crunchy  and refreshing Cauliflower Cucumber Radish Salad

Ingredients:

Dressing

½ cup Olive Oil

7-9 TBSP Mayo

Black Pepper, Freshly ground

Sea Salt

1 TBSP Lemon Juice

¼ – 1/8 TSP sugar

1 TSP Dill, fresh or frozen

1 clove garlic, grated

Salad

Cucumber (6 oz), chopped

7 radishes, chopped

1 Stalk green onions, sliced

½ cauliflower, chopped

How to make Cauliflower Cucumber Radish Salad:

Wash all veggies in cold water and dry with paper towel. Next combine chopped cucumbers, 7 chopped radishes, chopped 1 stalk green onions and chopped ½ cauliflower head in a bowl. Mix the veggies.

In a separate cup combine ½ cup Olive Oil, 7-9 TBSP Mayo, Freshly ground Black Pepper, Sea Salt, 1 TBSP Lemon Juice, ¼ – 1/8 TSP sugar, 1 TSP Dill, grated 1 clove garlic. Mix very well. Add the dressing on top of the salad and mix well. Enjoy!
