Easy and delicious baked chicken recipe


Units Scale
  • 2 whole chicken, cut into pieces
  • 1 cups of Mayo
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1/2 TSP Smoked paprika
  • 1/42/3 cup Soy sauce


  1. Cut the chicken and wash and put it in the baking pan. 
  2. Then add mayo, salt, pepper, smoked paprika & soy sauce. 
  3. Cover and bake at 450 for 15 minutes, then turn down to 350 degrees and bake for 20 minutes per pound. 
  4. The internal part of the chicken should register at 165 degrees Fahrenheit when done cooking and juices should run clear when pierced. 


Prep/Cook/bake time may change when changing portions of ingredients
