Easy Baked Sweet Potato Fries

I got this inspiration from Harry’s Tavern when my husband and I went out for dinner there.

This was just so good and tasty. We had it with some luscious burgers. I thought these fries were just the best when having it there. I asked the waitress what made these fries taste so good. She said it was the vanilla extract that enhanced the flavors of the French fries. I love these fries, so scrumptious. I decided to bake mine to make it a healthier version – Easy Baked Sweet Potato Fries. With this ketchup recipe it was so good. I hope you enjoy what I have made.
