This Easy Caesar salad are on of my favorites and I got inspired to do this
by “Joy of Cooking – All about Salad and Dressings” recipe book. I enjoy eating salads on a hot day, or right before lunch or dinner. I also love to use the Ceasar dressing as a dipping sauce for pizza or French fries.

Ingredients:
Dressing
6 TBSP Plain yogurt
4 TBSP Mayo
2 TBSP Olive Oil
2 TSP lemon juice
1 TSP Worcestershire Sauce
1-2 garlic cloves, grated
Salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Salad
2 medium head romaine lettuce, sliced
(crushed, dried and torn into bite size)
½ medium red onion, sliced (optional)
How to make Easy Caesar Salad:
In a large cup combine Plain yogurt, Mayo, Olive Oil, lemon juice, Worcestershire Sauce, garlic cloves, grated. Salt and freshly ground black pepper. Mix well, cover and set aside inside the fridge.
Next wash the two medium romaine lettuce, dry and slice into about 1-2 inch pieces (or use salad spinner to remove excess water). Peel and wash sliced red onions. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well. Eat right away, or put in the fridge for later.
