Easy Kale Lettuce Salad

I have made this inspiration on my own, b/c I love salads. This salad is very easy to make. It can fit almost any occasion.

I love Kale because it is high in vitamin C and K per heathline.com. Kale is a super food. The lettuce, onion and the dressing gives it a complimentary taste. 

Description: Refreshing tasty Kale Lettuce salad

Ingredients:

Veggies:

4-6 oz kale leaves, sliced

½ medium head lettuce, sliced

½ medium red onion, sliced

Dressing:

½ cup grape seed oil

3 TSP apple cider vinegar

salt

black pepper, freshly ground

1-2 cloves garlic, grated

How to make Easy Kale Lettuce Salad:

Combine the dressing and set aside. Add kale to bowl, then pour dressing over kale and massage kale leaves well. Then add lettuce and onions and mix well. Enjoy.
