Easy Lavash Pizza

This Easy Lavash Pizza recipe was inspired one day when I was at Trader Joe’s, I saw a lavash bread and thought, aha, I can use this for pizza. Those lavash breads are very thin. Later, I was at a Lebanese store and saw lavash bread, except their’s, were thicker. I like the thicker ones better. For this recipe I used my own Italian Garlic Pizza Sauce recipe I made a week ago. For a secondary choice, I would recommend a low-sodium pizza sauce recipe for a healthier meal

 

Prep time: 10 min, Cook time: 10 – 15 min, bake, Servings: 4 – 6 people

Easy Pizza Lavash Recipe

Ingredients:

3/4 – 1 cup Pizza sauce (low sodium recommended)

Pizza bread (9 in x 12.5 in, ready)

1 – 1.5 cup Cheese, shredded

½ LB ground turkey meat, cooked (or meat of your choice)

¼ cup Onions, diced

Salt

Pepper

Season of your choice, optional

On a lavash bread or a pizza bread spread 1 cup of pizza sauce, 1 – 1.5 cup Cheese, ½ LB ground meat (cooked), ¼ cup diced onions, salt, pepper, a season of your choice, optional.

Bake at 350 for 10 min or more until cheese melts and to desired crispiness.
