This Easy Salmon Salad Open-Faced Sandwich Recipe is an
inspiration from my Tuna Salad Recipe. I love different kinds of seafood salads and decided to make this one. Salmon are one of my favorite seafood because it is high in omega 3. This is great to use as an appetizer for a potluck gathering.

Ingredients:
Dressing:
Salt
Black pepper, freshly ground
½ cup salad oil (like grape seed oil)
½ TSP garlic powder or 1 garlic clove, grated
1 TBSP mustard
2 TBSP Mayonnaise
Salad:
1 medium onion, diced
9-12 hard boiled eggs, diced
1 can salmon, cooked (14 oz)
How to make Easy Salmon Salad Sandwich Recipe:
First make the dressing:
Salad oil, ½ TSP garlic powder or 1 grated garlic clove, 1 TBSP mustard, 2 TBSP Mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Set aside.
Salad:
In a large bowl combine 1 medium diced onion, 9-12 diced hard-boiled eggs and 1 can salmon (14 oz) and mix very well. Next, pour the salad dressing over it and mix very well. Refrigerate it and enjoy. This goes good with rye bread or sour dough bread.
