Easy Sliced Cabbage Salad
I got this Easy Sliced Cabbage Salad recipe inspiration from my friend
Vera F on a recent visit. She is very hospitable, and she made us rice, chicken and this wonderful salad. She used a cabbage slicer, and so we decided to buy this cabbage slicer and make this salad. It came out really good and we decided to share this recipe.

Ingredients:
Half of a medium cabbage head, sliced
1 medium bell pepper, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
1 medium cucumber, sliced
2 medium carrots, sliced
3-5 TBSP fresh dill
Salt
Pepper
¾ – 1 cup salad oil (like grape seed or olive oil, not virgin)
¼ – ½ cup cider vinegar
How to make Easy Sliced Cabbage Salad:
Peel and wash all vegetables. Pat dry with paper towel. Cut the cabbage in half and use the cabbage slicer to slice it in a large bowl. Next slice the bell pepper and put it in the bowl. Next slice1 medium onion, 1 medium cucumber, and 2 medium carrots. Then add 3-5 TBSP fresh dill, Salt, black pepper. ¾ – 1 cup salad oil (like grape seed or olive oil) and ¼ – ½ cup cider vinegar. Mix very well, cover and put it in the fridge or serve immediately.
Notes: Add more oil and vinegar if needed. This should be kept fresh in the fridge for about 5 days.
