This is an easy Keto White Pizza Sauce Recipe. Even though I am not keto, I decided to use this recipe to make myself pizza, as pizza is already a flour product.

Per healthline.com, garlic has different health benefits such as high in nutrition but few in calories, garlic can combat sickness including the common cold, the active compounds in garlic can reduce high blood pressure.
Also, Onions contain antioxidants and compounds that fight inflammation, decrease triglycerides and reduce cholesterol levels — all of which may lower heart disease risk. Their potent anti-inflammatory properties may also help reduce high blood pressure and protect against blood clots (healthline.com).

Ingredients
½ cup butter
¼ cup cream cheese
2 tbsp grated Parmesan
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp chopped onion
1 tablespoon parsley, dried
4 cloves garlic minced
salt and pepper to taste

How to make Keto White Pizza Sauce Recipe:

In a pot melt the butter and cream cheese on low heat. Then add the rest of the ingredients and mix well until combined on low heat.
Spread about ½ to 3/4 cup of sauce over one 15 inch pizza crust.
Refrigerate the leftover sauce for later use or serve as a dipping sauce with baked pizza.

Notes:
Cook/bake time may change when changing ingredients portions.
