Lamb dishes are one of our favorites. I decided to do a quick lamb dish as my husband and I

were tight with time. I chose some veggies and spices and put in a Dutch oven, and voila, a stress-free dish recipe. I hope you enjoy this just as much as we did.

Servings: 6 people

Prep time: 30 minutes

Skill level: Easy

Bake time: 1.5 – 2 hours

Cut and prep all the vegetables and set aside. Peel one head of garlic and set aside.

Wash the lamb and chop it into squares about 2 – 3 CM in length, width, and height. While cutting, try to cut the fat chunks out of the meat. Set it in a bowl and rub salt and pepper on it.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a 6 or 8 -quart Dutch oven, pour in ¼ cup oil into the bottom and let it spread.

Next, add the lamb chops and veggies and mix it all together. Put 3 heads of garlic into the lamb and veggie mixture and put it in the oven. Bake for 1.5 to 2 hours, or until meat is tender. Then done, enjoy with rice.
