After the holidays, I decided to make this smoothie.

This is great to have for breakfast, or even between meals or as a

replacement for a salad. And the ginger, just ups the level for healthiness and gives it a kick.

Ingredients:

2 oz Pineapple
1 oz Banana (about half a medium)
1 oz Mixed greens
1/4 tsp Fresh ginger or 1/8 tsp or pinch of ginger powder
1/2 TSP Honey (optional)
1 cup water

How to make Pineapple Banana Green Smoothie:

Combine all the ingredients in the order listed, blend it and enjoy!
