Simple Roasted Whole Chicken
This recipe is a simple and delicious. My husband has asked me to make him a lot of chicken for the week, and I was tight on my time, so I went ahead and thought of a simple recipe and baked it. It came out moist and tender. Just delicious!
The next time I made it, we had friends come over from Central Cal to stay for a night. They loved the chicken, and we had such a great time eating dinner. We also had mashed potatoes and salad. The next day we had chicken again and enjoyed it just as much. I hope you will enjoy this just as much as we did.
