Ingredients:
2 LBS of Chicken
Salt
Pepper
1 medium onion, chopped in 8 sections
1 branch of Rosemary
7 whole cloves garlic
1 head of garlic
1 cup of water
How to make Slow Cooker Rosemary Garlic Chicken:
Wash and lay chicken into the bottom of a 4-quart slow cooker. Rub with salt and pepper.
Add 1 onion, 1 Rosemary branch, 7 whole cloves garlic, 1 head of garlic, and 1 cup of water
Turn on low for 6 hours or on high for 3 hours.
Serve over rice or potatoes.
