Two Ingredient sugar free Pineapple Sorbet

Easy two ingredient sorbet recipe that tastes amazing on a hot or warm day.



1 large pineapple, skinned, cored and diced

1 medium banana, skinned and sliced


Prepare baking sheet and place parchment paper on top.

Skin, core and dice pineapple. Then lay it on the baking sheet.

Slice banana and also lay on the baking sheet.

Place in freezer and freeze for four hours or overnight.

Then take out the baking sheet and wait a few minutes to thaw a little.

Next, using a blender, add the pineapples bananas to make the sorbet. Keep blending until it reaches desired consistency.

This can be frozen for up to three months.
